A teenager, Jeffery Ugiagbe, has reportedly died after Ovie Oktogbo, a security guard, raped him in the Ugbowo area of Edo State.It was learnt that 13-year-old Ugiagbe fell sick and thereafter told his parents that Oktogbo forcefully had anal sex with him.
